Megjelent az Erdélyi Társadalom első angol száma, amely az etnicitás gazdasági és jogi vonatkozásaival foglalkozik. Az első hivatalos bemutatóra a Sapientia EMTE, a Nemzeti Kisebbségkutató Intézet és az Amszterdami Egyetem által szervezett "Patterns of Integration of Old and New Minorities in a Europe of Complex Diversity" c. tematikus konferencia keretében került sor, ahol a szerkesztőkkel és a szerzőkkel találkozhatott a közönség.
